Customer Service Officer

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve customers with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, and respond promptly to all inquiries and complaints.</li><li>Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face, and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Deeply understand the company's products and service content, so as to accurately answer customer inquiries.</li><li>Handling customer orders, form filling, application process, and other related requests.</li><li>Collaborate well with internal teams to improve overall customer service efficiency and experience.</li></ul><p>Work requirements</p><p></p><ul><li>Have secondary three education or above, have good communication skills and service enthusiasm.</li><li>Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin conversational skills.</li><li>Responsibility, punctuality, and politeness, with good professional ethics and team spirit.</li><li>Need general computer skills, familiar with Chinese and English input methods.</li><li>Applicants with two or more years of customer service or sales-related work experience will be given priority. </li><li>24-hour shift system, 9 hours a day, working 5 to 6 days a week</li></ul>
