Job DescriptionJob Scope
Handle customer inquiries (including but not limited to phone calls, emails, voice mailand online sources), and introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
Handle and support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc. Process and support general administrative work including data entry, filing, etc.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required Process department supervisor assigned tasks
Categorize and direct customer requests to relevant departments for follow-up. Categorize and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
Requirements Entry Requirements
Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independently
Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
Immediate availability is preferred Can be immediately employed
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
