Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling customer mortgage loan applications, including document processing, data verification, and submission to relevant financial institutions
Maintain communication with banks and financial companies, follow up on mortgage approval progress and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions of different mortgage plans and provide basic consultation services
Update and manage the progress of mortgage cases to ensure that each stage is completed on time
Assist internal teams in completing post-loan issuance administrative work, such as document archiving and record updates

Work requirements

Valid Hong Kong identity card, with legal work qualifications in Hong Kong
Bachelor's degree or above, those with financial, accounting or related academic backgrounds are preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office software operations, especially the basic application of Excel and Word
Have good Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to clearly express information and coordinate with others
Work carefully and systematically, able to handle multiple tasks and meet time requirements
