Job Responsibilities:

Develop effective strategies to maintain stable company profits and explore new sources of customers
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Through market analysis and data tracking, optimize business promotion methods and sales strategies
Coordinate team resources, drive business goal achievement, and ensure continuous growth in performance

Requirements:

Have relevant business promotion or marketing planning experience, those who have successful project experience are preferred
Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively establish customer relationships
Strong market insight and strategic thinking, able to independently develop promotion plans
Proficient in interpersonal interaction and negotiation skills, able to effectively persuade customers and promote cooperation
Have basic office software operation skills, able to handle daily business reports and data analysis
