Accounting affairs:

- Process company accounting affairs, including cashier work, account reconciliation, etc.

- Assist simple bookkeeping, such as withdrawals, remittances, transfers, etc.

- Review invoices, receipts, and accounting entries related to various expenses.

- Assist with accounting and report preparation.

- Assist in handling related tax matters.

- Responsible for the daily preparation and review of accounting vouchers.

Administrative affairs:

- Process company administrative work.

- Assist in handling company documents, letters, etc.

- Schedule meetings and handle meeting minutes.

- Submit company annual application form and other documents.

Others:

- Represent the company in communicating with regulatory agencies.

- Assist the company in managing the financial management system and improving the financial management system.

- Assist the company in handling affairs with banks, post offices, etc.
