Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport staff, visitors, or goods as assigned, adhering strictly to traffic laws and internal safety protocols.
Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, lights, and brakes, and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Assist with facility-related duties such as monitoring access control points, conducting basic security patrols, and supporting office logistics including mail distribution and equipment handling.
Maintain accurate daily logs of mileage, fuel usage, trip purposes, and incident reports, ensuring timely submission to the facilities management team.
Provide courteous, professional service at all times—responding to requests from staff and visitors, assisting with special events or emergency support when required.
Requirements
Valid Hong Kong full driving license with a clean driving record; Class 1 or Class 2 license preferred depending on vehicle type used.
Minimum one year of verifiable experience in professional driving or facility operations, preferably within corporate, institutional, or property management environments.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and situational awareness; ability to remain calm and proactive during unexpected situations.
Basic written and spoken English and Cantonese communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.
Physically fit to perform light manual tasks, including loading/unloading items and walking facility premises for inspection purposes.
