Network Engineer

1. Hardware maintenance and repair

• Independent hardware fault diagnosis for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other interface devices.

• Proficient in replacing the motherboard, memory, hard drive, power supply, and other core components.

• Master basic printer maintenance knowledge, such as replacing toner, drum, clearing paper jams, etc.

2. Operating system and software support

• Proficient in installing, setting up, and troubleshooting office applications, with the ability to handle common software compatibility issues and system conflicts.

3. Network and online maintenance

• Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting wired/wireless network connections.

• Able to use basic commands (such as ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup) to diagnose network connectivity and DNS resolution.

4. Information security and protection

• Proficient in the operation and management of anti-virus software, virus scanning, malicious software removal and quarantine management.

• Have basic security threat identification capabilities, be able to judge and preliminary process security events such as phishing emails and ransomware, and report them according to company procedures.

5. Problem solving and recording

• Independently analyze the root cause of the problem, propose and implement effective solutions, rather than just being a problem reporter.

• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring problems and propose long-term preventive suggestions.

• Have good file writing habits, clearly and accurately record fault phenomena, handling processes and final solutions.

Three, employment requirements

1. Work experience: Have at least [2] years of relevant on-site technical support experience.

2. Technical certification: Hold MCSE, CCNA or other equivalent network, security-related certifications.

3. Language requirements: Chinese, English, and Cantonese can be used as working languages

4. Education requirement: College degree or above in computer science
