Electronic installation and maintenance technician

• Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis, and field repair of electronic systems, including on-site testing, part replacement, and function restoration, to ensure system stability.

• Execute the installation and debugging of electronic equipment, covering factory assembly line support and on-site deployment for customers, and completing acceptance testing according to technical specifications.

• Independently handle customer repair cases, from receiving orders, on-site inspections, problem analysis to solution execution, and write clear maintenance reports and user instructions.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams, participate in hardware validation, digital circuit functional testing and network connection settings for new products, and provide on-site practical feedback to optimize design.

• Regularly update technical knowledge, familiar with common electronic components, embedded control modules, industrial communication protocols (such as RS-485, Modbus) and basic network architecture application.

Work requirements

• Applicants with secondary three education or above, holding electronic-related technical certificates, will be given priority.

• Having 1 to 3 years of practical experience in electronic equipment repair, installation or factory technical support, with independent field work ability, and able to adapt to different customer site environments.

• Must understand how to use a soldering iron, solder and disassemble parts

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate technical information in Mandarin and basic English, and able to read English technical documents and manufacturer specifications.

• Holding a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for the High Talent Pass, the Outstanding Talent Pass, the IANG, the Dependents' Visa or other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong; must be able to accommodate Monday to Saturday work arrangements, with a daily work schedule from 9 am to 6 pm.
