Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you would have the opportunity to utilize your talents and skillsets in business development, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. You would listen to the client’s pain points and translate them into technical requirements. You would work with the development team to ensure that the delivery will comply with the specification. Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team and give product presentations.
• Configure demos and trials for clients.
• Customize prototypes according to specification.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver total solutions.
• Work with the software and AI teams to pinpoint delivery.
• Provide training materials and presentations.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Computer Science or in Engineering.
• Strong presentation and writing skills in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
• Some familiarity with Javascript and/or web programming.
• Enthusiasm in bridging business demands and state-of-the-art technology.
• Experience in AI is a plus.
• Experience in pre-sales or post-sales is a plus.
