Duties include:
1. Supervise the daily operation of Company 4 (giving securities advice) and 9 (providing asset management) regulated businesses, ensure compliance with the rules.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the company's business strategy, driving continuous business growth.
3. Control key investment decision-making, research and analysis, etc., to ensure customer asset safety and appreciation.
4. Keep close communication with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, understand regulatory policy changes in a timely manner, and ensure that the company's operations comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Education / Industry Qualifications
Holding an accounting, business management, economics, financial management or law degree; or other degrees, but must pass at least two courses in the above subjects.
Having professional qualifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), etc.
Through the relevant industry qualification examination of the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association.
Related industry experience
At least 3 years of direct industry experience in the past 6 years, such as asset management experience with full discretionary nature.
Experience with small cards can also be recognized.
Management experience
At least 2 years of management experience and at least one subordinate.
Local regulatory architecture exam
Pass the Securities and Futures Association of Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Examination Paper One and Paper Six.
Other requirements
No bankruptcy record: cannot have a bankruptcy record to ensure financial stability and credibility.
Residence requirements: Hong Kong residents are preferred. Priority will be given to those who can live long-term in Hong Kong, with a valid work permit, and who spend at least 183 days a year in Hong Kong.
Character and ability: Have good reputation, character, and reliability, and be able to carry out the relevant regulated activities competently, honestly, and fairly.
