Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Analyze current operation workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

- Translate business needs into clear, and functional specifications

- Support the development and testing of new features and enhancements to our compliance platform

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

- Participate in requirement workshops, user testing, and validation of deliverables

- Keep up-to-date with evolving AML regulations and industry trends in financial compliance

Job Requirements

- 3 years of experience in the financial services section, with a focus on regulatory compliance or AML

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proficiency in business analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and thrive in a collaborative team setting
