Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to support brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive online presence.
Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns by coordinating content calendars, tracking performance metrics, and preparing weekly reports on key insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets such as images, videos, and copy, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for content innovation and audience growth.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of their unique audiences and content formats.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with content scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
