Job Responsibilities:

1. Process and reply to work orders;

2. Follow up with drivers on daily on-time pick up and delivery, and follow up on package delivery exceptions such as expedited delivery, change of delivery address/phone number;

3. Process customer complaints, such as abnormal receipt, damage, service attitude problems, etc., and launch an investigation and request surveillance assistance to help gather evidence;

4. Record abnormal problem packages, register order information and update correct customer information/requirements;

5. Contact customers with delayed packages and reschedule delivery arrangements;

6. Process general warehouse daily work.
