• Answer customer inquiries about lifestyle beauty and medical beauty treatments, providing professional and clear information

• Based on customers' skin condition and needs, recommend suitable care treatment services and beauty products

• Actively build good interactive relationships with customers, enhance their confidence and loyalty to our brand

• Assist in achieving sales targets, continuously follow up on potential customers and promote conversions

• Shift work at the Quan Wan store to ensure service quality and smooth operations

Work requirements

1. Have secondary three education or above, with 1 to 3 years of relevant sales or beauty service experience

2. Passionate about the beauty industry, willing to learn professional skin care knowledge and treatment details

3. Have good communication skills, be fluent in Cantonese, understand English and Mandarin

4. Emphasize customer experience, with service awareness and sales sensitivity, and be able to achieve sales targets

5. Can work under a shift system, with daily working hours from 12:00 to 21:00 and 6 to 8 days off per month
