Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of the pharmacy and related work areas, equipment maintenance (such as electronic scales, sealing machines, drug storage cabinets, etc.), and environmental sanitation maintenance, and implementing infection control requirements.
Work requirements
Proficient in operating computer systems (including Windows, Word, Excel), with Chinese, English, and Mandarin three-language typing ability, and able to accurately input patient records, prescriptions, and inventory data.
Have basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, understand the common properties, tastes, and meridians of Chinese herbs, their compatibility and contraindications, and the characteristics of granules; those with no experience will receive on-the-job training.
Communicate and express yourself clearly and politely, able to use Cantonese as the main language of service, and able to respond to patients and colleagues of different backgrounds in Mandarin and basic English.
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on medical safety and patient privacy; team-oriented, able to cooperate with clinic shift arrangements (including lunch and evening hours).
