Immigration Consultant (welcome high talent/exceptional talent/IANG/study/specialist)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deepen our understanding of various types of immigration in Hong Kong (such as the Talent Immigration Program, the Specialist Immigration Program, and the Investment Immigration Program), visa policies, application standards and processing procedures, and keep up with policy updates in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our professional knowledge, and provide authoritative and professional one-to-one consultation services to customers.

2. Based on the client's personal background, family situation, application needs and expectations, we will conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, and tailor a scientific and feasible immigration/visa application plan for the client, clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages, processing cycle and attention points of the plan.

3. Assist customers in sorting and preparing various application documents (including identity proof, asset proof, employment proof, etc.), strictly reviewing the completeness, authenticity and regularity of the documents, and avoiding delays in the application process due to document problems.

5. Follow up on market immigration trends, peer dynamics and policy changes, regularly analyze and summarize, adjust business service strategies and solution design thinking in a timely manner, and improve customer application success rate and satisfaction.

Requirements:

2. Have solid knowledge of immigration/visa, be able to quickly respond to policy changes, accurately judge customer application qualifications, and independently complete scheme design and consultation services.

3. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (those who can handle English application documents independently are preferred).

4. Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.), able to efficiently complete file organization, data statistics, and customer information archiving work.

5. Careful and responsible, patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, able to take every customer application seriously and efficiently solve customer concerns.
