Daily security guard

Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for the daily operation and coordination of the building and car park, ensuring that all facilities are operating normally.<br>2. Process sudden events, follow up on tenants’ inquiries and complaints, provide professional and effective solutions, and maintain good communication.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. At least have secondary one education and relevant work experience will be given priority. <br>2. Fluent in Cantonese, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to complete daily written records and reports.<div>3. Need to use the parking lot computer system.<br>4. Hold a Security Training Course Certificate (QAS) and a Security Officer Permit, meeting the relevant qualification requirements.<br></div><div>5. Need to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.</div>
