Responsibilities:
1. Oversee budgeting/forecasting/financial reporting, build cash flow models to ensure capital stability.
2. Design AR/AP data models, optimize accounts receivable/payable processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
3. Manage month-end/year-end closing, strictly comply with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations.
4. Analyze financial performance and manufacturing costs, identify cost-saving potential and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Liaise with auditors/tax authorities/banks/regulatory bodies to ensure compliant operations.
6. Lead finance team (GL/payroll/tax etc.), establish financial policies to support business growth.
7. Maintain stakeholder relationships and formulate market-adaptable financial policies.
8. Establish financial management processes and related internal control systems based on the company's current status
9.Communicate with relevant colleagues of affiliated companies to confirm needs and set reasonable internal financial management processes
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related business disciplines
2. Min 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years supervisory experience in large-scale organizations
3. Strong pressure resistance and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Profound knowledge of regulatory requirements and effective communication skills
5. Solid managerial skills, with strong mentoring and coaching capabilities independent, well-organized, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills
6. Good written English and proficient Putonghua

Requirements:
1. Finance/Entrepreneurship and Management, etc. related business bachelor's degree
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of large-scale institution management experience
3. Strong stress resistance, outstanding analysis and problem-solving abilities
4. Familiar with compliance requirements, excellent communication skills
5. Have excellent management and team coaching skills, be self-disciplined and organized, and have good interpersonal relationships
6. Have good writing skills and fluent Mandarin
