Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer payments across standard channels.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure continuity and accountability.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, policies, and best practices in customer engagement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sports and recreation or retail services.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style to diverse customer needs.
Proficiency in using standard office software.
Customer-centric mindset, patience under pressure, and commitment to resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
