ERP Manager (D365 BC/NAV)

Role Mission

Own Business Central as The Collective’s operational backbone and single source of truth for the AI Brain to automate everything that can be automated across sourcing, merchandising, logistics,finance, and e-commerce. Business Central acts as the hub for product master data, costing,inventory, procurement, sales orders, invoicing, and reporting. Drive scalable processes, reliable integrations (Shopify Plus, Tradebyte, Pranke EDI, 3PL, BI), and elimination of manual work through automation-ready system design. You build the core AI workflows and agents that connect our systems (Shopify, Business Central, Make, Power Automate, internal tools) into one seamless AI Flow.

Main Responsibilities

-Process Ownership & ERP Excellence: Own end-to-end processes in BC (procure-to-pay,order-to-cash, inventory, returns, landed cost, product master governance).

-System Integration & Data Flow Architecture: Own integration blueprint and data mapping across ERP, Shopify Plus, Tradebyte, EDI, 3PL, and BI.

Master Data Governance: Ensure clean, structured, AI-ready business data and enforce data quality standards.

-Commercial Enablement: Support pricing-first logic, costing transparency, landed cost, and variance reporting.

-Continuous Improvement & Change Management: Drive automation, manage releases, test, train, and document workflows.

-AI Automation & Agent Development: Build AI agents, workflows, and internal assistants using Python/Node.js and low-code tools.

-Security, Compliance & Quality: Ensure secure access, data protection, and resilient automation.

Requirements – Skills & Experience

-Must-have: Strong hands-on BC experience, API/EDI integrations, automation engineering, Python,low-code tools.

-Nice-to-have: Shopify Plus, Tradebyte, Power BI, fashion supply chain experience.

-Language: English required; Chinese preferre
