Job Title: Project Manager, 28k (Contract , HKGOV)

Key Responsibilities

1. Guide graphic designers to enhance visual design and content packaging for posts on HKGOV social media platforms, with a focus on maximizing visual appeal and engagement;

2. Liaise with top management to identify project requirements, delivery schedules, and budget allocations;

3. Develop comprehensive project plans to lead team members and stakeholders, and revise them in response to evolving needs and priorities;

4. Monitor project performance to ensure on-time delivery and effective execution;

5. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation;

6. Assist in organizing and supporting events, including logistics coordination;

7. Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

1. Hold a recognized bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent. A background in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Journalism is preferred;

2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification work experience in public relations, community engagement, corporate communications, or social media marketing within a sizable organization. Hands-on experience with mobile apps, digital platforms, and/or social media channels is required;

3. Hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;

4. Have obtained Level 4 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;

5. Demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

6. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of and experience with graphic design or editing software will be considered an advantage;

7. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with creativity, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

8. Be capable of independently planning, executing, and managing projects to meet strategic communication goals;

9. Be highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA);

10. Experience working in large-scale related companies (e.g., Pico, Oval) will be considered a strong advantage.
