Job Description
<p>Role Summary </p><p>The Internal Trainer designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programs that improve employee performance, support business priorities, and embed company values. This role combines curriculum design, classroom and virtual facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of training outcomes.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Design and develop training programs for new hires, frontline staff, managers, and specialist functions using blended learning and adult learning principles.</p><p></p><p>• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually; facilitate workshops, role-plays, and on-the-job coaching.</p><p></p><p>• Conduct needs analysis through stakeholder consultation, performance data review, surveys, and focus groups.</p><p></p><p>• Create learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.</p><p></p><p>• Manage training logistics: scheduling, venue setup, LMS uploads, attendance tracking, and materials distribution.</p><p></p><p>• Measure and report training effectiveness using evaluations, assessments, KPIs and follow-up metrics.</p><p></p><p>• Coach and support managers to embed learning and develop internal coaching capability.</p><p></p><p>• Maintain and update curriculum to ensure compliance and relevance.</p><p></p><p>• Partner with external vendors when specialized expertise is required; manage vendor quality.</p><p></p><p>• Promote a culture of learning across the organisation.</p><p></p><p>Key Qualifications</p><p>• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business, Psychology, or related field.</p><p></p><p>• Experience: 3–6 years of training or L&D experience; internal trainer, instructional designer, or learning consultant experience preferred. Experience in Hong Kong or Greater Bay Area advantageous.</p><p></p><p>• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.</p><p></p><p>• Technical: Familiarity with LMS, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), MS Office, and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).</p><p></p><p>• Certifications: CPTD, ATD, CIPD or equivalent.</p><p></p><p></p>
