Customer Service（call exp）

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and timely follow-up on all service requests.

• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical support, billing, and sales—to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.

• Participate in regular coaching sessions, team meetings, and continuous training programs to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese is essential; proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No formal academic qualifications or prior experience required—training will be provided for suitable candidates.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.

• Comfortable working in an office-based call center environment with standard desktop technology and telephony systems.
