Job Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of kitchen supervisors and senior chefs, learn and execute various Chinese or Western dishes, from preparation to cooking and plating.
- Responsible for food washing, cutting, marinating, and pre-processing, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen environmental hygiene, follow the standard to clean equipment, disinfect utensils, and classify and dispose of garbage.
- Support the team in completing daily operations, including lunch, dinner and special events.
- Participate in internal training and skills evaluation, continuously improve cooking techniques, knife skills foundation, heat control, and understanding of dishes.
Work requirements
- Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to adapt to a high-temperature, long-standing, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
- No need to have a formal culinary certificate or relevant work experience, but you must have a willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.
- Basic listening and speaking Cantonese or Mandarin ability, able to understand simple kitchen instructions; those who understand English or have basic foreign language communication skills are given priority.
