Level 1/2 Assistant Club Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for assisting the daily operation of the neighborhood clubhouse, ensuring that all services and facilities are running normally.</p></li><li><p>Assist residents in handling reservation procedures, conduct site inspections and manage related facilities.</p></li><li><p>Handling residents' inquiries, comments and complaints, providing quality customer service.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the planning and holding of various club activities, and be responsible for venue decoration and related preparatory work. </p></li><li><p>Execute other related tasks assigned by the supervisor and work with the team to complete various tasks.</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements:<br></p><ul><li><p>Have secondary school education or above, welcome those with relevant experience or fresh graduates to apply.</p></li><li><p>Have good customer service awareness and be able to effectively handle residents’ inquiries and comments.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a changing work environment.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Working hours are 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, with shift work and breaks, adapting to flexible work arrangements.</p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits:<br></p><ul><li><p>Enjoy 12 days of annual leave per year, in addition to bank holidays, birthday leave, and compassionate leave.</p></li><li><p>Provide year-end bonuses and internal training opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Have clear promotion space and stable career development.</p></li><li><p>Monthly salary is over HKD$15,000, which can be adjusted according to experience.</p></li></ul><p></p>
