Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the immigration consulting team, coordinate the work allocation and progress of team members, and ensure that all service projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Provide professional and comprehensive immigration consulting services to customers, including evaluating personal qualifications, analyzing immigration policy trends in various countries, and formulating personalized and feasible immigration plans.
- Review customer-submitted application documents to ensure their completeness and accuracy, guide subordinates to improve data preparation processes to meet the official review standards of the destination country.
- Maintain close communication with overseas cooperation agencies, international law firms and relevant government departments, keep abreast of the latest changes in global immigration laws and regulations, and adjust the company's service strategy and operational procedures in real time.
- Participate in the planning and execution of company marketing promotion activities, serve as the keynote speaker of public lectures or accept media interviews, and enhance the company's professional image and brand influence in the immigration industry.
- Regularly follow up with customers to understand immigration progress and changing needs, provide continuous support, and build long-term stable customer relationships.
Work requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized college, majoring in law, international relations, social sciences or related fields, are given priority.
- Have at least five years of immigration consulting or related field work experience, of which at least two years are in a management position, with a successful track record of leading a team to achieve performance goals.
- Familiarity with the visa system and application procedures of major immigration destinations (such as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore) is particularly desirable.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to clearly communicate complex policy information, effectively handle high-level customers’ concerns and special needs, and build deep trust relationships.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and a meticulous work attitude, be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and ensure service quality and timeliness.
- Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate professionally in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
