<p>Market Brand Promotion Manager<br>A. Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop annual, quarterly and monthly integrated brand promotion strategies and budgets, clearly define promotion goals at different stages, including increasing brand awareness, promoting machine usage rate and supporting sales conversion.</li><li>Establish and maintain brand core values (such as "trust, transparency, technology, convenience"), ensuring that all internal and external communication information and visual images remain consistent.</li><li>Conduct market and competitive analysis, continuously track market trends, gold price fluctuations and their impact on customer behavior, and adjust promotion strategies.</li><li>Online promotion: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), plan content (such as gold price information, customer experience short films, gold knowledge popularization), interact with fans, and run online ads.</li><li>Perform search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to ensure potential customers can find the company when searching for keywords such as "gold recovery", "selling gold".</li><li>Collaborate with KOLs/influencers, plan experience activities and promote them.</li><li>Establish and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system, and use SMS and email for member marketing (for example, notify customers when gold prices rise sharply).</li><li></li><li>Co-host promotion activities with partners (such as jewelry stores, banks, pawn shops) to mutually redirect customers.</li><li>Manage the design, printing, and regional distribution of flyers, posters, banners, and other traditional promotional materials.</li><li>Responsible for all promotional materials, including copywriting and visual guidance, to ensure that the content is accurate, attractive, and consistent with the brand's tone.</li><li></li><li>Handling possible public relations crises and maintaining brand reputation.</li><li>Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of each promotional activity, such as website traffic, social media engagement rate, ad conversion rate, and customer inquiry volume, etc.</li><li></li><li>Communicate closely with the sales team to ensure that promotional activities can effectively support front-line sales, and obtain first-hand market information from the sales team.</li><li>Interface and manage with external suppliers such as designers, advertising agencies, media purchasing companies, etc.</li><li>Strictly manage brand promotion budgets, control costs and evaluate return on investment (ROI).</li></ul><p><br>II. Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, brand management or related fields.</li><li>More than 3 years of brand promotion or marketing experience, those with gold, finance or retail industry experience are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with market promotion strategy formulation and execution process, with complete brand management knowledge.</li><li>Proficient in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, digital advertising placement, and CRM system operations.</li><li>Have good writing skills and creative visual aesthetics.</li><li>Familiar with market analysis, competitive opponent analysis and data analysis methods. </li><li></li><li>Have excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with sales, design, and external cooperation units.</li><li>Have good budget management and cost control abilities.</li><li>Have good stress resistance and self-motivation, and be able to complete multiple tasks independently.</li><li>Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., data analysis tools. </li><li>Have good English and Chinese (Traditional) reading and writing skills.</li></ul>
