Job Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in executing daily operations to ensure that all store activities run smoothly.
- Responsible for employee scheduling, attendance management, and on-site personnel deployment, and improving team efficiency.
- Supervise product display, inventory management and replenishment process, maintain store cleanliness and product availability.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, providing quality customer service to enhance satisfaction.
Work requirements
- Applicants with retail or food and beverage industry management experience will be given priority.
- Familiar with the store operation process, with basic sales skills and customer service awareness.
- Able to handle daily administrative affairs independently, including report filling, data recording and handover matters.
- Have good communication skills and team spirit, and effectively guide front-line employees.
- Able to adapt to shift work, holiday work and physical labor, with a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
