AI Developer (Vibe Coding) — EdTech & Document Intelligence

Job Responsibilities

Develop and iterate full-stack AI features using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot) for two Hong Kong-based products: FutureBridge (AI-powered HKDSE English learning platform) and a Document Intelligence System (scan-to-management pipeline with confidential data detection, document classification, and auto-filing)

Build and enhance core AI components including OCR post-processing, PII/HKID/financial data detection, AI lesson generation, TTS narration, adaptive quiz engine, student analytics, and LLM-powered content generation, summarisation, and Q&A

Implement RAG for document search and knowledge base functionality; integrate OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs; research and share emerging AI tools, models, and techniques with the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years of hands-on AI/LLM development experience

Proficiency in Python (AI/ML pipelines) and/or TypeScript/Node.js (full-stack integration); practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)

Familiarity with AI-assisted IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot) and document processing tools (Tesseract, Azure Document Intelligence, Google Vision, PDF parsing)

Based in Hong Kong; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; eligible to work in Hong Kong under permanent residency, Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, dependent visa, or other valid work permit

Development and Benefits

Full-time role, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Monthly salary range: HK$30,000 – HK$50,000
