Regularly track and analyze various advertising and marketing activities’ effect data, and submit detailed reports to senior management.<br>5. Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively manage and motivate team members to achieve common goals.<br>4. Proficient in data analysis methods, accurate evaluation of marketing effectiveness and improvement decision-making based on this evaluation.<br>5.
