Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting the trust services department, providing daily trust management services to individual family trusts
Duties:
•Manage the daily operations of trusts and company appointments, including maintaining trust documents, company registers and asset situations
• Draft and organize legal documents and daily administrative documents related to trusts, such as trust agreements, wills, and board resolutions
•Ensure the accurate establishment of the trust structure and the smooth transfer of customer assets and their continuous effective management
•Assist in handling bank and asset management account opening requests
• Assist the trust manager in conducting annual reviews of the trust and the company
•Coordinate legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure effective management of client trust assets
•Record trust and trust assets, and assist with basic reconciliation work
•Assist the trust manager in process mapping and writing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, accounting, business administration, etc., with relevant professional background preferred
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry (banking, trust, law firm, accounting firm), those with trust or wealth management experience are preferred
•Proficient in Chinese and English (written and spoken), fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Holders of the Trust and Estate Planning Certificate (TEP) or Company Secretary license will be given priority
