Account Clerk / Senior Account Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable / Receivable (A/P & A/R) online and offline.

• Responsible for general ledger maintenance, accounts filing and

documentation

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of

invoices, receipts and payments.

• Handle month-end closing and budget preview.

• Support daily operations

• Undertake ad hoc projects and outdoor assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, or holder of LCCI Level 3

• Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience

• Candidates with 3+ years of solid full-set accounting experience will be considered for Senior

Account Clerk position

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and English/Chinese word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Ordinary Chinese)

essential for communication with mainland clients/suppliers

Office hour :

During probation - Mon to Sat 09:00 - 18:00

May shift long/short weekend after probation
