<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Follow up incoming sales orders, quotations and sales administrative documents;</li> <li>Coordinate, input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;Input detailed sales quotes to centralized ERP system;</li> <li>Samples follow up and packing;</li> <li>Perform ad hoc assignments as required.<br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of secondary education/DSE graduate or above;</li> <li>Minimum 5 years’ working experience in merchandising; prior experience in toys, gift & premium is preferred;</li> <li>Ability to independently handle major US/EU retailers’ account;</li> <li>Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;</li> <li>Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;</li> <li>Proactive, good interpersonal & communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders;</li> <li>Highly organized and sensitive to numbers;</li> <li>Fast learner with positive working attitude</li> </ul>
