<p>Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant to support our CEO in managing various projects and administrative tasks. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating projects to managing the CEO's schedule and communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.</li><li>Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and strategic planning.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders.</li><li>Support the CEO in strategic decision-making by providing research, data analysis, and insights on various initiatives.</li><li>Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and regions.</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or project management role.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with Hong Kong and Chinese business cultures.</li><li>Proficiency in ChatGPT, Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
