Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales work of new houses, actively developing potential customers and providing professional housing purchase consultation services
Collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales planning meetings, and understand the latest sales strategies and market dynamics
Regularly update customer information, track customer purchase intentions, and improve conversion rates

Work requirements

Passionate about the real estate industry, no experience required, company provides professional training
Have good communication skills, be proactive in building relationships with customers, and demonstrate a positive and proactive service attitude
Willing to accept challenges, goal-oriented, with basic sales awareness and learning abilities
Able to adapt to outdoor work and flexible working hours, and to be on duty on weekends and public holidays
