Professional technical position

[Job Responsibilities]

• Technical solution introduction (Spec-in): Deeply involved in the early design and planning of large-scale construction projects, accurately identify core pain points such as structural safety, durability and construction efficiency from the owner's perspective, and promote the company's special building materials solution (including structural reinforcement system, high-end waterproof technology, high-performance concrete additive, etc.) to be incorporated into the project standard specifications and bidding documents.

• Professional technical support and reporting: Lead a cross-disciplinary technical team to provide customized solutions for complex structures and special operating conditions; independently write and review credible structural application analysis, material compatibility evaluation and technical feasibility reports, and directly report to high-level decision makers.

• Cross-departmental collaborative combat: closely link sales and marketing teams, translate customers’ latest technical needs, regulatory dynamics and on-the-ground application feedback into internal product strategy, technical file upgrades and localized application guides in real time, and strengthen front-line competitiveness.

[Job Requirements]

• Educational background: Hold a university degree or above in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture or related fields; those with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) qualification or equivalent registered professional qualification are given priority.

• Core experience: Accumulate more than 8 years of practical experience in construction engineering in Hong Kong and Macao; those with a background in design/technical management departments of real estate developers, property owners or large general contractors are especially suitable.

• Professional knowledge: Familiar with the regulatory framework and approval process of the Hong Kong Building Department (BD), the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department (EMSD) and the Macau Land and Works Bureau (LWB) (such as BD submission); familiar with local building materials standards (such as BS, ISO, HK Standards), structural design principles, material mechanics behavior and emerging construction methods (such as Prefabrication, Digital Twin in Construction) Application logic.

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese and English, able to conduct professional oral negotiations and written technical communication; Have good Mandarin listening and speaking skills and technical documentation writing abilities.

• Working qualifications: Must meet the requirements for a legal Hong Kong work identity, and accept applications from Hong Kong permanent residents, Talent Pass (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Non-local Graduates Hong Kong Employment Scheme (IANG), Dependent visa or other valid work permit.
