（1）Job Requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree or above is preferred, majoring in finance, economics, financial management, accounting, etc.;

2. Work experience: Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience are preferred, with exceptional candidates being considered for fresh graduates;

3. Professional skills: Familiar with corporate financing, fund management, etc. related to funds; Have some financial law, accounting, etc. professional knowledge;

4. Professional qualifications: Relevant financial industry qualifications are preferred;

5. Other requirements: Have good organizational and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, risk prevention skills, team collaboration skills, and stress resistance skills.

1. Participate in the formulation and improvement of capital management and other related systems, optimize the management system, and supervise its implementation to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the company's capital management and other work;

2. Develop a company financing plan and provide guidance for the company's financing work;

3. Expand the company's financing channels, strengthen channel system construction, and do a good job of raising funds to implement the financing plan;

5. Compile funding-related reports, conduct relevant data analysis, and submit related materials to the upper management and the company in a timely manner to ensure effective funding risk control;

7. Responsible for the department's daily affairs and completing other tasks assigned by the leader.
