Marketing Manager/Supervisor

<p>Branding & Marketing Manager</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>HK-based marketing role;</li><li>Participate in promoting and branding residential projects<strong>;</strong></li><li>Participate in market research and familiarizing upcoming trends;</li><li>Participate in developing and executing marketing strategy for upcoming residential portfolio;</li><li>Manage media and agency channels to increase branding awareness and boost sales;</li><li>Work closely with internal parties from the headquarter for launching of <strong>Property Projects;</strong></li><li>Liaise with internal and external parties, e.g. potential tenants, real estate agents, advertising agencies, event management companies and vendors;</li><li>Provide managerial and sustainability advice to the management;</li><li>Perform ad-hoc duties when required.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree holder in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines;</li><li>Related working experience in real estate industry is <strong>MUST</strong>;</li><li>Hands-on social media and online marketing skills will be a plus;</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;</li><li>Familiar with digital media in HK, PRC;</li><li>Proactive individual with strong creativity and initiatives;</li><li>Detail-minded, customer-oriented and well organized;</li><li>Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Bright career development and exposure;</li><li>Leadership opportunity;</li><li>Excellent working environment;</li><li>Guaranteed double pay and discretionary bonus;</li><li>Attractive remuneration and benefit package.</li></ul><p></p>
