Assist IT department with daily operations and provide first-line technical support, covering desktop systems, application software, printing devices and internal systems,
Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of employee computers, including hardware configuration, Windows operating system deployment, and Office 365 account and application settings
Handle daily IT inquiries and troubleshooting, such as login issues, email settings, printer connection abnormalities, and unstable network connections
Record and track all IT support requests (Helpdesk ticket), ensure issues are properly followed up and closed based on priority
Participate in internal system testing, version upgrades, and user acceptance support to ensure smooth change implementation
Co-ordinate the promotion of IT service standardization and file updates, and assist in maintaining overall IT environment stability and security
Work requirements:
Secondary School Diploma or above, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Familiar with Windows operating system operations and basic system management, familiar with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Have basic network concepts (such as IP configuration, Wi-Fi connection, router/exchange basic functions) and hardware failure diagnosis ability
Have good Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills, be able to clearly understand user problems and provide easy-to-understand instructions
Active and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle daily tasks independently, and also have team spirit

Monthly salary HKD 23,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience and performance)
