Duties:
-Professional wealth management: Customize personal/family protection, wealth management, and retirement planning for clients, and recommend suitable insurance products (such as life insurance, savings)

-Corporate customer development: Provide group insurance and retirement insurance solutions to corporate customers, and expand the B-end market;
-Market analysis and learning: Continuously grasp the dynamics of financial products and market trends, enhance professional skills;
-Team management and expansion: Build and manage a financial planning team, cultivate professional talents.
Positional advantages:

-Flexible income: commission ratio of 5% to 50%, in addition to commission, up to HKD 100,000 per month (subject to completion of performance targets), with no total income

Entry Requirements:

IIQE insurance license (company provides registration and online test library support);
Have sales drive, customer service awareness and self-learning ability.
