Representative, Consumer Care

Job Duties

• Handle customer live chat enquiries related to Whirlpool products in daily operations.

• Schedule repair appointments and coordinate maintenance schedules with Foremen.

• Oversee warranty services and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Log job data into the system to create and process repair work orders.

• Promote and sell complementary services, including AC cleaning, drum cleaning, and maintenance contracts.

• Monitor the daily performance and work progress of subcontractor technicians to ensure service quality.

• Supervise and manage spare parts usage to minimize waste and reduce overall material consumption.

• Manage and assist in the return process of unused or defective parts from subcontractors.

• Verify and reconcile monthly work order entry reports to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• Around 1 year of experience, preferably with experience in customer service.

• Experience in the home appliance industry is not a must.

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Proficient in PC applications (Chinese word processing)

• Customer-oriented, proactive and strong communication and problem solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Location: Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Hing (near the MTR station)
