Sales and order processing clerk (Kwai Fong area)

2026-HR-REC-JD004 Sales and Order Processing Assistant (immediate employment preferred) (near Kowloon Bay)

Job Description:

-Handle general administrative work, file and document organization, data input, etc.

-Follow up on sales orders and reply to customer inquiries

-Follow up on the instructions of the superior and the company and complete the work on time

Requirements:

-Preference will be given to those with 1 to 3 years of customer service and sales experience

-Stronger memory, execution, communication and self-management skills;

-Have strong computer software application (MS Windows, Word, Excel & Chinese and English typing) skills.

-Attention to detail, patience, politeness, efficiency, sense of responsibility, and team spirit

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00 (after a 3-month trial period, Saturday is a long or short week)

Location: Kowloon (near Kowloon Tong MTR station)

Benefits: $15,000 - $16,000 per month, year-end bonuses, annual leave, MPF contribution, free lunch, regular birthday parties, and Sunday and Labor Day off.
