Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, with English as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to handle English legal documents); those with overseas study, exchange experiences or overseas intellectual property internship experience are preferred;
2.1-3 years of knowledge property-related work experience, familiar with the overseas trademark and design patent application process, and have a basic understanding of the intellectual property legal system of at least 1 to 2 overseas markets (such as the United States and Europe, Southeast Asia);
4. Candidates with a legal professional qualification or a certificate in intellectual property (such as a patent agent qualification certificate) are preferred;
5. Careful and detailed, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding self-motivation, and able to quickly adapt to the cross-border business rhythm, actively learning overseas New rules on intellectual property rights.
