Cross-border banking business officer (Central District)
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of cross-border banking business, including customer consultation, account opening, fund transfer and foreign exchange trading, etc. Provide supporting services to local and overseas customers.

• Assist in handling commercial customers' loan applications, due diligence review and document compliance work to ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and international regulatory requirements (such as AML/CFT guidelines).

• Regularly follow up on customer account status and business dynamics, proactively identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with the team to achieve business targets and customer expansion goals.

• Participate in internal training and compliance learning, and continuously update our understanding and application of cross-border regulatory policies, tax arrangements (such as CRS, BEPS), and regional financial market development.

Work requirements:

• Hold a recognized university bachelor's degree, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related fields; Have 1 to 3 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions, those with cross-border business or commercial bank front-line experience are preferred.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin for written and oral communication; able to independently write English business emails, reports and compliance documents, and clearly express them in multinational meetings.

• Familiar with the Hong Kong banking industry operating model, understand the Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and common cross-border financial product structures (such as NRA accounts, QFLP, cross-border bi-directional funding pool, etc.).

• Have good logical thinking and attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, and be flexible in complying with the framework; have basic financial analysis skills and MS Office operation fluency.

• Competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD 40,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and performance, with an annual performance bonus based on company performance and individual performance.

• Implement a five-day work schedule, with daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, and a one-hour lunch break; occasionally, adjust the work schedule to ensure cross-border time zone coverage and continuous customer service.
