Position name: Senior scalp therapist or consultant
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately answer customer inquiries about treatment principles, product ingredients, usage methods, and expected effects
The system records customer treatment progress and reactions, regularly follows up on effectiveness, and adjusts subsequent recommendations to enhance treatment efficacy and trust.
Collaborate with the team to execute daily operations of the store, participate in customer appointment management, environmental maintenance and instrument maintenance Support work
Requirements:
Have 1 to 3 years of experience in beauty, hair, health care or related sales consulting, those with practical experience in the scalp/ hair growth field are preferred
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate clearly with customers of different backgrounds in Mandarin and basic English
Have good sales awareness and persuasion skills, be able to naturally build trust, perceive needs and promote conversion
Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, and able to adapt to the daily 9-hour shift schedule (including 1 hour for meals, with working hours from 11:00 to 20:00)
Value service quality and personal image, have empathy, polite attitude and a willingness to continuously learn professional knowledge
