Monthly 8 days off, beauty center experienced, long-term salary over 6 months. Salary is between $40,000 and $80,000.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for professionally introducing and promoting facial beauty treatments, weight loss and fat reduction treatments, and laser hair removal treatments to customers, clearly explaining the principles, effects, and suitable skin types of each treatment.
According to customers’ skin type, body condition and beauty needs, provide personalized consultation and treatment suggestions, and help formulate appropriate care plans.
Proactively build and maintain customer relationships, through regular follow-ups, seasonal greetings, and tracking of results, to enhance customer loyalty and referral rates.
In line with the beauty center's operational needs, participate in product knowledge training, sales skills improvement courses and team building activities.
Work requirements
One year or more of sales consulting experience in a beauty center or medical aesthetics institution, familiar with the beauty treatment operation process and common customer concerns and responses.
Have good communication skills and affinity, naturally build trust, and explain the benefits of the treatment from the customer's perspective, not just a sales pitch.
Have basic skin physiology and beauty knowledge, understand common skin problems (such as acne, dryness, aging) and corresponding treatment logic, those who understand it are better.
Benefits
Monthly salary of HKD 60,000 to 80,000, based on personal performance and customer feedback evaluation, with a six-month fixed contract.

Preference will be given to those with actual work experience in beauty centers, and stable long-term cooperation opportunities will be provided (contract renewal will be considered after expiration based on performance).
