Food tasting promotion officer
Job Responsibilities

• At supermarkets, department stores or community shopping malls, etc. designated sales point, carry out on-site tasting promotion activities for food products, including booth decoration, sample preparation, introduction of product features and effects, and enhance consumers’ brand awareness and good feeling

• Coordinate with brand owners and venue management units to arrange activities and ensure that the tasting process meets food safety standards and venue usage requirements, and handle unexpected situations (such as crowd control, material replenishment, equipment abnormalities) properly

• Assist in the display and management of promotional materials, including posters, pull-up banners, product labels and distribution of promotional gifts, maintain a clean and orderly booth, and showcase our professional brand image

Work requirements

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate with customers of different ages in a natural and intimate tone; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus, but not necessary

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome fresh graduates, career changers and part-time workers to apply; those with retail, catering, event support or customer service background are given priority

• Outgoing and proactive personality, with good service awareness and stress resistance, able to adapt to outdoor or indoor changing environments, and able to maintain a positive attitude even when standing for a long time

• Punctual and reliable, able to accommodate Monday to Friday shift arrangements (daily working hours are 9 am to 6 pm), with basic time management and teamwork concepts

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or having been granted a valid work visa to legally work in Hong Kong (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa or other valid work permit)

• Competitive salary, ranging from HKD 16,000 to 19,000 per month, determined by individual performance and job responsibilities, and enjoying a 13-month salary system
