Our client is famous Japanese Toy manufacturer with good benefits and stable working environment. They are currently looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities

Handle key Japanese customers' enquiry, provide quotations and research regulations
In charge of business negotiations and related correspondences
Plan and lead the projects to enhance and improve business flow efficiency
Acted as a middle-man between Japanese clients / headquarter / local teams
Leading meetings with other branches

Requirements

Japanese or Hong Kong people with Japanese proficiency N1 or business level is welcome
5 years or above logistics operations experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar in both import and export shipping operations
Strong problem solving skills
Proficiency in PC & MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook...etc)
Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
