Market expansion specialist

Job Responsibilities

Proactively develop potential customers, through diverse channels (including social platforms, industrial activities, database screening, etc.) to analyze and contact target customers, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
Collaborate with sales and business teams, support market activity preparation, publicity copywriting, data report production, and cross-departmental communication and coordination, and strengthen the integration efficiency of front-line expansion and logistics support.
Regularly consolidate customer feedback, platform data and market observations, propose specific and feasible optimization suggestions, and assist the team in adjusting its expansion rhythm and strategy focus.

Work requirements

Proficient in operating the Xiaohongshu platform, understanding its content ecosystem, algorithmic logic, and user interaction characteristics, those with actual operation, tracking or analysis experience are preferred.
Have good Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to write reports, emails, proposals and record documents clearly; familiar with Word, Excel, Google Workspace and other commonly used office software.
Pay attention to details and organization, and be able to handle multiple and concurrent tasks effectively, accurately completing file archiving, data updates, and cross-unit delivery tasks within the deadline.
College degree or above, marketing, communication, management or Relevant background is preferred; fresh graduates with new media internship experience, entrepreneurship Contact experience or free case handling experience are welcome to apply.
