Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Proactively develop and deeply cultivate high-end customer groups, establish and continuously update customer files, record consumption preferences, purchase history and service interactions, and enhance customer stickiness and lifetime value
Provide professional watch knowledge consultation and sales advice, recommend suitable styles based on customer needs, assist in completing the try-on, ordering and payment process, and achieve personal and team sales targets
Coordinate post-purchase service execution, including maintenance appointment scheduling, return and exchange handling, and complaint mediation, with empathy and professionalism to respond quickly and maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction
Support brand market activities and holiday promotions by participating in store decorations, customer invitations, and on-site support, and strengthen brand image and on-site sales atmosphere
Work requirements
Proficient in Cantonese (mother tongue level), Mandarin and English, with fluent bi-directional communication skills, and able to confidently handle international customers and cross-cultural service situations
Familiar with the basic structure of mechanical wristwatches, brand history and craft features, and able to quickly learn and communicate brand value
Have sharp customer insight and negotiation skills, be able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and drive sales progress with a results-oriented approach
Have good team spirit, be able to cooperate with the store manager and colleagues to divide and execute daily tasks, and actively share sales experience and customer feedback
Salary range: HKD$15,000–$22,000/month (depending on education, experience, and interview performance), with a competitive sales commission system, with no upper limit on income Working location: 50 Yee Wo Street, Kowloon, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Working hours: Enjoy 8 days of paid leave per month Employment type: Full-time Entry qualifications: Must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong
